6. Children’s Personal Data
Brilliant Minds Tuition mainly provides tuition to students aged approximately 13–16. For minors, communication should normally take place through a parent or guardian, or with their awareness. Only information necessary for tuition and administration is collected.
7. Lesson Recordings
Brilliant Minds Tuition does not record online lessons due to privacy and data protection considerations, especially in group lessons where other students may be present. Students and parents must not record lessons unless this has been agreed in advance in writing.
8. Who Personal Data Is Shared With
Personal data is not sold. Personal data may be processed through services used to run the tuition business, such as:
- website/contact form provider;
- email provider;
- online lesson platform;
- payment provider, such as Revolut;
- basic administrative tools.

Enquiry and student records are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last communication or after tuition ends.
Some records may be kept longer if required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or administrative reasons.
